Ci24R02—Highly Integrated Low-Power SOC Chip

08/01/2025

The Ci24R02 is a highly integrated, low-power SOC chip featuring low pin count, wide voltage range, and a rich set of peripherals including 13/14/15/16-bit ADC, LVD, UART, SPI, I2C, TIMER, WUP, IWDG, RTC, and a wireless transceiver. It is powered by a RISC-V RV32IMAC core (2.6 CoreMark/MHz).

Key Features

  • RISC-V RV32IMAC core (2.6 CoreMark/MHz)

  • Up to 32 MHz operating frequency

  • 4 kB SRAM

  • 32 kB embedded FLASH + 4.5 kB info block, supports at least 100,000 erase/write cycles

  • 1 SPI MASTER

  • 1 I2C MASTER

  • 2 UARTs supporting up to 1 Mbps

  • 2 advanced TIMERS, TIMER1 with 4 complementary PWM outputs

  • 1 high-precision 13/14/15/16-bit ADC with 1.2 V reference

  • Wide ADC input voltage range: 0–4.8 V (max input not exceeding VDD_MCU)

  • ADC supports 10 input channels, 8 for external voltage measurement

  • Up to 14 GPIOs, 12 supporting external interrupts

  • 4 low-power modes, minimum power consumption <0.6 µA (watchdog active)

  • 32-bit true random number generator

  • cJTAG 2-wire debug interface

  • Operating voltage: 1.8–3.6 V

  • Ultra-low power: 1.6 µA in MCU power-down mode (wireless transceiver off)

  • Operating temperature: -40 to 85°C

  • QFN16 (4×4 mm) and QFN20 (4×4 mm) packages
