CI24R1 — Ultra Cost-Effective High-Performance 2.4GHz Transceiver

CI24R1 is a pin-, function-, and protocol-compatible drop-in replacement for Si24R1 — delivering higher performance at lower cost. Only one MCU + a few passive components are needed for a complete 2.4 GHz wireless system.

Built-in high-PSRR LDO (2.1–3.6 V stable), integrated crystal caps with temperature compensation, and 2.5/3.3/5 V tolerant I/O. Available in SOP8 and tiny DFN8 (2×2×0.8 mm).
