Overview

The DA14531 is an ultra-low-power SoC integrating a 2.4 GHz transceiver and an Arm Cortex-M0+ microcontroller with 48 kB RAM and 32 kB OTP memory. It can function as a standalone application processor or a data pump in hosted systems. Fully compliant with Bluetooth Low Energy 5.1, it includes a certified BLE protocol stack, supporting L2CAP, SM, ATT, GATT, GAP, and standard/custom profiles. Ideal for disposable products, wireless sensor nodes, beacons, proximity tags, trackers, smart HIDs (stylus, keyboard, mouse, trackpad), toys, medical, and industrial applications.
