DP32RF002 — Low-Power Sub-1GHz Transceiver SoC
Overview
The DP32RF002 is an ultra-low-power, high-performance 32-bit SoC based on ARM Cortex-M0+ core, integrating a (G)FSK/OOK Sub-1GHz transceiver. Operating in 200–960 MHz, it supports flexible packet formats, auto-ACK/retransmit, frequency hopping, and FEC. Includes full RF TX/RX, synthesizer, and modem—requires only simple, low-cost peripherals for excellent performance.
Additional peripherals: CAN, 12-bit SAR ADC, UART, SPI, QSPI, I2C, LPTIMER, WDT, RC oscillators. Unique low-power design offers high integration, interference resistance, reliability, and ultra-low consumption. Supports Keil MDK with C/assembly development.
