DP4363—High-Performance, Low-Current Transceiver

The DP4363 is a high-performance, low-current transceiver operating in the 119–1050 MHz Sub-GHz band. It is part of a complete family of transmitter, receiver, and transceiver products suitable for various applications. The device offers outstanding sensitivity of -126 dBm while consuming extremely low operating and standby current.

The DP4363 provides optimal phase noise, blocking, and selectivity for narrowband and licensed band applications, such as FCC Part 90 and 169 MHz wireless Mbus. With 60 dB adjacent channel selectivity at 12.5 kHz channel spacing, it ensures stable reception in harsh RF environments, critical for narrowband operations.

The DP4363 delivers up to +20 dBm output power with excellent transmission efficiency. Its high output power and sensitivity achieve an industry-leading 146 dB link budget, enabling longer-range and highly reliable communication links.

Through internal slope control and low-cost external FETs, the DP4363 can achieve up to +27 dBm output power. The entire product series complies with global regulatory standards: FCC, ETSI, and ARIB, and is designed for compatibility with 802.15.4g and WMbus smart metering standards.
