nPM1300 – Power Management IC with Unique System Management Features

10/20/2025

Overview

The nPM1300 is a Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) designed for embedded low-power Bluetooth applications, integrating essential functions to simplify system design. It features hard reset for one or two buttons, precise power metering, system-level watchdog, power failure warning, and boot failure recovery. By consolidating these typically discrete components into a single compact package, it reduces BOM complexity.

The nPM1300 provides efficient power regulation for nRF52 and nRF53 SoCs, supporting Bluetooth LE, LE Audio, Bluetooth Mesh, Thread, and Zigbee. It’s ideal for compact IoT products like advanced wearables and portable medical devices.
