Key Features

  • Superior Processing and Memory: Multiple Arm Cortex-M33 processors and a RISC-V co-processor (up to 320 MHz), with double the processing power of the nRF5340. Features 2 MB NVM and 1 MB RAM, ideal for ML and sensor fusion, with lower power than external memory.

  • Leading Efficiency: Validated by EEMBC ULPMark-CM, scoring 170 (515 CoreMark, max efficiency) and 132 (1290 CoreMark, max performance).

  • Advanced Interfaces: Includes high-speed USB (480 Mbps), two I3C interfaces, CAN FD controller, 14-bit ADC, and multiple analog/digital interfaces.

  • High Sensitivity Radio: -100 dBm RX sensitivity for 1 Mbps BLE, 10 dBm TX power, supporting Bluetooth 5.4, LE Audio, Mesh, Thread, and Matter. RX power is half that of nRF5340, ideal for wearables and earbuds.

  • Cutting-Edge Security: PSA Certified Level 3, with secure boot, firmware updates, storage, tamper sensors, and crypto accelerator resistant to side-channel attacks.

  • Integrated Solution: Replaces multiple PCB components (e.g., MCU, flash, radio), enabling smaller designs and lower costs with smaller batteries.
