Overview
The nRF54L10, part of the nRF54L series alongside nRF54L15 and nRF54L05, is an ultra-low-power wireless SoC integrating a 2.4 GHz multi-protocol radio and MCU functionality. It features a 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor, comprehensive peripherals, and pin-compatible QFN packaging. The series supports various memory sizes and is ideal for Bluetooth Low Energy, Bluetooth Mesh, Zigbee, Thread, Matter, Amazon Sidewalk, and proprietary 2.4 GHz protocols.
The nRF54L10, a mid-tier memory option, offers 1.0 MB non-volatile memory (NVM) and 192 KB RAM, positioned between the cost-optimized nRF54L05 and the feature-rich nRF54L15.
