nRF54L15 – Bluetooth Low Energy Dual-Core SoC
Overview
The nRF54L15, the first in the nRF54L series, is an ultra-low-power Bluetooth 5.4 SoC with a cutting-edge multi-protocol radio and advanced security features. Upgrading the nRF52 series, it offers superior processing, efficiency, expanded memory, and new peripherals in a compact package.

Key Features
Processing Power and Efficiency: 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor (double the nRF52840’s performance), 1.5 MB NVM, 256 KB RAM, supporting multiple wireless protocols with reduced power consumption.
Advanced Security: Designed for PSA Certified Level 3, with secure boot, firmware updates, storage, tamper sensors, and a crypto accelerator resistant to side-channel attacks.
Multi-Protocol Radio: Supports Bluetooth LE (1 Mbps, -98 dBm sensitivity, 8 dBm TX power), 4 Mbps proprietary 2.4 GHz mode, Bluetooth Mesh, Thread, and Matter, with enhanced range and efficiency.
Global RTC Peripheral: Wakes SoC from deep sleep, reducing power use and extending battery life without an external RTC.
Compact Packaging: QFN48 (6x6 mm, 31 GPIOs), WLCSP (2.4x2.2 mm, 32/14 GPIOs), 50% smaller than nRF52840.
