Overview

The OM6650AM is an ultra-low-power dual-mode wireless SoC supporting Bluetooth 5.1 and 2.4 GHz proprietary protocols. Housed in a 4.0 × 4.0 mm QFN32 package, it offers rich resources, excellent RF performance, and minimal power consumption. Ideal for digital car keys, TPMS, PKE key fobs, and more.
