Overview

The PHY6236 is a high-performance, ultra-low-power SoC for BLE and proprietary 2.4 GHz applications. It integrates a 32-bit RISC-V MCU (up to 48 MHz), 8 KB SRAM, 80 KB ROM, 8 KB OTP, and a multi-mode radio. With serial peripheral IO and integrated IP, it enables low BOM cost products supporting secure BLE applications.
