Si24R03 — Ultra-Low-Power RISC-V + 2.4 GHz Wireless SoC
Si24R03 is a highly integrated low-power SoC combining a RISC-V RV32IMAC MCU and a 2.4 GHz ISM-band transceiver. Designed for ultra-low-power wireless applications with minimal external components.
