Si24R03 is a highly integrated low-power SoC combining a RISC-V RV32IMAC MCU and a 2.4 GHz ISM-band transceiver. Designed for ultra-low-power wireless applications with minimal external components.

  • 2× UART (up to 1 Mbps), SPI Master, I²C Master

  • 2× advanced timers (Timer1 with 4× complementary PWM)

  • RTC, WUP, IWDG, LVD, TRNG, up to 11 GPIOs

  • 4 low-power modes, down to <0.6 μA (WDT on)
