11/10/2025

Overview

The Si24R05 is a highly integrated, ultra-low-power SoC with low pin count and wide voltage range. It features a RISC-V RV32IMAC core (2.6 CoreMark/MHz) and rich peripherals: 13–16-bit ADC, LVD, UART, SPI, I2C, timers, WUP, IWDG, RTC, 2.4 GHz transceiver, 3D low-frequency wake-up receiver, and capacitive touch. Complete SDK and libraries drastically reduce development time.
