SI314 — Low-Power 14-Channel Capacitive Touch Sensor
The SI314 is a 14-channel capacitive touch sensor with automatic sensitivity calibration and a wide operating voltage range of 1.8–5.5 V.
In sleep mode, power consumption is only 10 μA @ 3.3 V.
Each sensing channel can be independently enabled, calibrated, and sensitivity-adjusted to ensure reliable operation. It features adaptive filtering to handle various noise and environmental changes.
An I²C serial interface allows read/write access to internal registers and touch detection results. Internal registers include write-protection.
