UM2082F08 — Ultra-Low-Power 8-bit MCU with 3-Channel LF Wake-up
The UM2082F08 is an ultra-low-power SoC based on a single-cycle 8051 core with three-channel low-frequency (LF) wireless wake-up ASK receiver. It detects 30–300 kHz LF carrier data and triggers wake-up, with adjustable sensitivity for reliable operation in various environments. Each of the three independent channels (X/Y/Z) supports RSSI detection, configurable wake-up modes, 1–8 kbps data rates, and Manchester encoding.

The chip integrates 32 KB Flash, up to 2 KB + 256 B SRAM, 12-bit 1 Msps SAR ADC, UART, SPI, I²C, PWM, and other peripherals. It features high integration, strong anti-interference, high reliability, ultra-low power, and minimal external components. Built-in high-speed ROSC, LDO, and POR eliminate the need for external crystal, LDO, or reset circuitry. LF wake-up uses an independent internal 32 kHz RC oscillator requiring no calibration. Supports Keil MDK with C and assembly development.
